Every weekend from Spring to Autumn, all local villages and towns have large bric-a-brac/antiquities markets which must not be missed by guests wanting to buy a true souvenir of French country life. Each day-long market has a wine/beer tent, together with fast-food - French style. The bargains are incredible as this region has not really been ‘discovered’ by dealers (yet!) Also in the summer, most villages hold fetes or markets to celebrate the season, local produce and local life. Calendars of local events available for guests.

Before Christmas, most villages host Christmas markets. The one held in the Abbey at Nanteuil-en-Vallee is particularly well-known.
